Brad and Rhonda Chef Brad graduated with honors as a Culinary Arts Specialist from the Institute of
Technology in Fresno, CA , after which he enjoyed a successful externship at the
prestigious Slates Restaurant under the tutelage of Chef Roy Harland.  He now offers
his passion and expertise to you as a personal chef.

"Years ago, while attending University, I would go to the same place for lunch, sit at
the counter and watch the chefs cooking away thinking, 'How much fun would that
be?!?'  So, I went home and tried to re-create what I saw.  Since then my passion for
cooking has never abated, and the joy I find in it only increases."
