Sample Edibles
    Below are some examples of the kinds of meals I have prepared.  The options available when it comes to food are, of course, endless.  Your customized meals will result from our consultation and what it is you really want.   I am your personal chef, and you're not stuck with what's on the menu! You may even want me to fix some of great aunt Edna's Shepherd's pie recipe.  No problem, as long as I don't have to eat any of it.  The basic meal plans come with blanched vegetables of your choice and appropriate starches.   More elaborate side dishes can also be negotiated.  

    All dishes can be prepared low fat, low sodium, low cholesterol (except what's already in the meat), etc. to conform to your own health needs.  Browse around and Bon Appetit!

Fish:
-Dill brined salmon with whole grain mustard crust

Lamb:
